Rejuvenation and Renewal

Our current western way of life sets the stage for our declining health!

Most of our daily ills find their origin in an unhealthy lifestyle (excessive and unnatural nutrition, stress, sedentary ways, insufficient contact with nature and the natural elements, etc.).

Organs and tissues are becoming increasingly saturated with waste and our detoxification organs (liver, intestine, gallbladder, kidneys, skin and lungs) can no longer perform their elimination work properly.

The human body’s natural capacity to heal itself is overwhelmed and can no longer restore balance (homeostasis).

Consequences: General toxin overload of the body means chronic fatigue, loss of vitality, weakened immune defences ... and the list goes on!

As early as c. 460 B.C., the great Hippocrates, ‘father of modern medicine’, highlighted the link between health and the quality of our ‘humors’ (body liquids such as blood, bile, phlegm, lymph, intra and extracellular fluids etc.).

In our modern societies, the immediate priority for an overloaded, exhausted and polluted body should be to cleanse those humors and allow for the body’s natural process of repair.

AND THE BEST WAY TO DO THAT IS TO DO A FAST!
